TLC never assumes anyone can clean.Nor can we assume anyone can work in your facility. Employee selection is crucial for success. All newly hired employees are subject to thorough background checks, including Social Security verification, CORI, SORi, and driving record . When a new hire’s background confirms that they are acceptable as employees they then participate in a two stage training program consisting of both audio-visual training and practical applications.
